Responsibilities

Qualifications

Security - Operations Support Manager Risk Management and Security

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the entire surveillance and dispatch operations for the Northlands site. The Manager, Security Operations Support, will also play a key role in conducting and overseeing internal investigations, criminal allegations and complaints. Key Responsibilities - Perform manager-level supervision of surveillance/ dispatch duties including administration, staffing, training, and overall performance of the surveillance equipment and operations.
- Supervise the Systems Support Officer and Monitor Room personnel.
- Develop programs, procedures and policies to enhance the operational performance of surveillance functions, and ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, laws and procedures.

- Law enforcement experience dealing with criminal investigation and prosecution is required. Investigational and or supervisory experience, preferably related to the gaming industry is a definite asset.
- Vast knowledge of surveillance room equipment and requirements is desired including familiarity with and experience in data mining security incident management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary certificate or diploma in a related field is preferred.
- Related education or training in the operation of surveillance related equipment is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Office are also definite assets.

Responsible for meeting
the Loss Prevention and Environmental Health & Safety (LP and EH&S)
objectives of the company. Administer
and facilitate the company’s LP and EH&S program in the assigned store in
order to protect company assets and improve profitability. Specific responsibilities include:

Complete incident reports, conduct
internal investigations and implement corrective actions. Respond
appropriately to emergencies, incidents and urgent issues as they arise.

Implement local laws for each
province in regards to citizens arrest, civil recoveries, and bad debt
collections. Stay current on legislation/standards for LP
