This month we will have two guest speakers in a tag team
event. Representing the Edmonton Drug Treatment and Community Restoration
Court (EDTCRC) our presenters will explain who, what, where and how they
fulfill their mandate. This affects all of us, whether it be fellow
employees, friends or family members, or society at large the treatment of
dependencies is critical.

Brad Clark
Executive
Director Edmonton Drug Treatment and Community Restoration Court (EDTCRC).
Brad has a
degree in Criminology from the University of Alberta. He has held a variety of
positions with Alberta Correctional Services including, Correctional Officer,
Probation Officer, Senior Probation Officer and Assistant Chief Probation
Officer.
Brad is
relatively new to his role with EDTCRC, as he joined the team in September of
2012.
Pamela Spurvey
Peer Support
Worker EDTCRC
Pamela is a
former graduate of the EDTCRC Program in 2008 and recently celebrated 6 years
of sobriety.
She is currently employed as the program’s Peer Support worker. Pam is actively
involved in the community, facilitating several recovery and life skills based
programs and regularly performing speaking engagements for organizations such
as the United Way and Alberta Health Services.
